Ghana, West Africa: This is where a lot of Cadbury's cocoa is grown on small 3-4 hectare farms. Ghana depends on cocoa as it is its second economic mainstream after gold.
Indonesia and Malaysia: Indonesia and Malaysia are the other suppliers of Cadbury's Cocoa but they are still new to the business but it is growing very quickly.
Singapore: Singapore is Cadbury's 'processing' factory. This is where all of the cocoa beans come in and get turned into cocoa mass.
Tasmania: Tasmania is Cadbury's oldest Australian factory. This was the first factory that Cadbury opened up in Australia and a lot of Cadbury products are made here from the cocoa mass from Singapore.
Melbourne: Melbourne is Cadbury's second Australian factory. It was created due to the old not being able to meet retail demand. It also makes Cadbury Chocolate here from the cocoa mass from Singapore.

- Geographical (Tasmania): close to Hobart.
- Environmental (Tasmania): good source of in-expensive hydro-electricity and high-quality fresh milk.
- Economic (Victoria): Larger factory floor as production increased.
